Microsoft Files COmplaint for Two Micrososft-Related Domain Names and Five Windows-Related Domains
Microsoft has filed a UDRP ,seeking control of five domain names.The complaint was filed with the National Arbitration Forum on May 12,2015.
The five disputed domain names are : microsoftedge.com, microsoftelixa.com, windowsten.biz, windowsten.net, windows10formobile.com, windows10forphone.com, windowsth.net
According to whois records,both Microsoftedge.com and Microsoftelixa.com were registered in January ,2015, windowsten.net, windows10formobile.com and windowsth.net were registered in September ,2014 ,while windows10formobile.com was registered in December,2014.
The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the domains are confusingly similar to Microsoft’s trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith .The disputed domain names will be passed over to Microsoft if it falls under all three of these stipulations.
The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .

The domain name .РФ has turned 5 years old on May 12,2015.The domain name is the first Cyrillic zone in the world and the most successful IDN domain in the world.
At the time of writing this article, there are 839,478 .РФ registered domain names. This means that .РФ holds the first place among non -Latin domain names and 16th among all ccTLDs in Europe.
Anout 650,000 or nearly 80% of the total, are delegated domains, which is 5% more than last year, when the number of .РФ domain names grew by 3.8%.

According to whois records, both statefarmsocal.com and statefarm626.com were first registered in August 2014.
