State Farm Mutual Files Complaint for Two State Farm -Related Domain Names

State Farm Mutual has filed a UDRP ,seeking control of two State Farm- related domain names.The complaint was filed with the National Arbitration Forum in MaY,2015.

The two disputed domain names are : statefarmsocal.com, statefarm626.com

According to whois records, both statefarmsocal.com and statefarm626.com were first registered in August 2014.

The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the domains are confusingly similar to State Farm Mutual’s trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith .The disputed domain names will be passed over to State Farm Mutual if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .
