Microsoft Files COmplaint for Two Micrososft-Related Domain Names and Five Windows-Related Domains

Microsoft has filed a UDRP ,seeking control of five domain names.The complaint was filed with the National Arbitration Forum on May 12,2015.

The five disputed domain names are : microsoftedge.com, microsoftelixa.com, windowsten.biz, windowsten.net, windows10formobile.com, windows10forphone.com, windowsth.net

According to whois records,both Microsoftedge.com and Microsoftelixa.com were registered in January ,2015, windowsten.net, windows10formobile.com and windowsth.net were registered in September ,2014 ,while windows10formobile.com was registered in December,2014.

The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the domains are confusingly similar to Microsoft’s trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith .The disputed domain names will be passed over to Microsoft if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .
