Apple Buys 170 iCloud – Related Domain Names
Apple has recently acquired 170 iCloud-related domain names from Xcerion. More than 90 percent of all domain names start with “iCloud” .
According to thedomains.com, Xcerion is the company that has sold Apple the domain name iCloud.com back in APril 2011. Apple paid back then for iCloud.com $4,5 million. However, it is possible that these 170 iCloud-related domain names to also be included in the deal brokered by Apple back in 2011.
167 of the 170 domain names acquired by Apple start with the term “iCloud”, two start with the term “My”, while only one starts with “OS” .Moreover, the domain names are .com, ,net and .org and all of them were registered at Network Solutions.

Guess Files COmplaint for Guess-Handbags.org Domain Name
Guess has recently filed a complaint against the owner of Guess-Handbags.org domain name.
The company filed the complaint with the National Arbitration Forum on May 27,2015.
According to whois records, Guess-Turkey.com was first registered in March,2015.
The National Arbitration Forum will examine over the next days if the domain name is confusingly similar to Guess’ trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith . The disputed domain name will be passed over to Guess if it falls under all three of these stipulations.
At the time of writing this article, the case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum.
