Fossil Files UDRP Complaint for Fossiil.com Domain Name

Fossil has filed a UDRP ,seeking control of Fossiil.com domain name.The complaint was filed with the National Arbitration Forum March 27,2015.

According to whois records, Microsoftwi.com was first registered in February,2015.

The National Arbitration Forum will examine if Fossiil.com domain is confusingly similar to Fossil’s trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith .The disputed domain name will be passed over to Fossil if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .
