.XXX Landrush period opens tomorrow,on Tuesday November 8th,2011  .The 17 days Landrush period is a period set aside for members of the adult Sponsored Community who want to secure their .XXX domains .

This period will give them the opportunity to either buy their .XXX domains outright or to participate in a closed auction where they can place their bids for the .XXX domains they want .

The Landrush period will not guarantee anyone applying for an available .XXX domain name the chance to obtain it .At the end of this period .XXX domain names that have only one application will be awarded,while those with more applications will proceed to a closed auction between the bidders .

After the Landrush application ends,the General Availability will open on December 6,2011 .The General Availability is administered on a first come,first served basis ,guaranteeing this way anyone applying for an available .XXX domain name the chance to obtain it
