With .XXX domain names now available for about five months,we did some research on the number of UDRP disputes for .XXX domain names solved so far.
16 UDRP cases have been solved so far :
1. Finans Bank submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center ,asserting legal rights over the domain name FinansBank.xxx .The company won the domain name .
2. Deniz Banks submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the domain name DenizBank.xxx .According to whois records,the domain name was registered by Kader Yilmaz on December6,2011 ,the day ICM Registry made the extension available for public sale .The company won the domain name .
3. Borçelik Çelik Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over Borcelik.xxx domain .The company won the domain name .
4. Borusan Holding Anonim Şirketi filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over BorusanHolding.xxx domain .The Panel ordered the domain name to be transferred to Borusan Holding.
5. Twentieth Century Fox submitted a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum,over the domain name FoxStudios.xxx,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name .The complaint was withdrawn soon after it ha been filed.
6. Richard Branson has filed an arbitration case with National Arbitration Forum over the domain name RichardBranson.xxx.The domain name is registered by Sean Truman .The Panel ordered the domain name to be transferred to Richard Branson.
7. Valero Energy filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over Valero.xxx domain name .The company won the domain name case .The Panel ordered the domain name to be transferred to Valero Energy.
8. VIPINDIRIM has recently filed a lawsuit with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center over Markafoni.xxx domain name . According to WIPO,the domain name case started on December 29,2011.The Panel ordered the domain name to be transferred to VIPINDIRIM.
9. Another UDRP case was filed with the National Arbitration Forum over Heb.xxx domain name .An arbitrator awarded HEB Grocery the domain name.
10.Sterling Jewelers submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over KayJewelers.xxx .The company won the domain name case.
11. Another UDRP case was filed with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center over Femjoy.xxx .The Panel ordered the domain name to be transferred to Georg Streit.
12. A company submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over UTSystem.xxx domain name .The Panel ordered the domain name to be transferred to the University of Texas System.
13. Baylor University filed complaint over BaylorGirls.xxx and wins the case.
14. HemNet filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitraiton and Meditation Center,over the domain name Hemnet.xxx and wins the case.
15. Another UDRP case has been submitted to the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over the domain name TDBank.xxx .The Panel ordered the domain name to be transferred to the Toronto-Dominion Bank.
16. A company has recently submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over the domain name Basspro.xxx and wins the case.
