A company has recently  submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,asserting legal rights over the domain name TDCanadaTrust.XXX .

According to whois records,the domain name was registered on December 10,2011,four days after the ICM Registry made the .XXX extension available for public sale.The owner is Naveen Masade.

The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the domain name is confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of TDCanadaTrust.XXX domain name has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith.TDCanadaTrust.XXX will be passed over to the company if its falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum.
