
Yale University has filed a UDRP complaint at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).The whois records for the domain name shows a registration date of 2012 and John Chow as the registrant.
The registrant used the domain name for a website feeaturing advice and solutions to parenting problems.
The Panel will examine three elements in order to decide if the disputed domain name should be cancelled or transferred :
1. The disputed domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which Google has rights
2. The respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the disputed domain name
3. The respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith
YaleParentingCenter.org will be passed over to Yale University if it falls under all three of these stipulations.
The case is still pending compliance checks with the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Eurid,the company behind .EU domain name,released the results of the latest registrar satisfaction survey.According to Eurid’s survey,94% of the registrars that took part in the survey were satisfied and extremely satisfied with Eurid’s services.
This year’s percentage is up 1% from the 2011 survey.However,the number of registrars giving Eurid a rating of “extremely satisfied” has significantly increased compared to 2011 . 51% of the registrars said that they were extremely satisfied with Eurid’s services,compared to 43% in 2011.
Eurid also revealed that 4 out of 5 registrars recommended a .eu domain to their customers.
