Ron Paul ,a former politician has lost two separate domain name disputes filed with the World Intellectual Property Organization over RonPaul.com and RonPaul.org domain names.
In two separate domain name disputes ,the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, dismissed Ron Paul’s complaint who claimed that he was entitled to the domain names RonPaul.com and RonPaul.org.
The owner of RonPaul.com domain name offered to sell the domain to Ron Paul and to give him RonPaul.org domain for free.
According to whois records, both domains are owned by groups in Panama and even though there are twi different owner, they are linked in some way.

Microsoft has filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum, asserting legal rights over MSNJournal.com ,MSNFoto.com and MicrosoftW.com domain names .
Microsoft should expect the National Arbitration Forum order the domain names to be transferred, considering the company owns both the “MSN” and “Microsoft” mark.
The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the domain names are confusingly similar to the trademarked name. Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the disputed domain names has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith. The domain names will be passed over to Microsoft if it falls under all three of these stipulations.
The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .
