Microsoft Files UDRP Complaint For 26 Office-Related Domain Names

Microsoft has filed a UDRP complaint with the National Arbitration Forum, seeking control of 26 Office-related domain names.

The 26 disputed domain names are:

microsoftoffice365miami.com
microsoftoffice365nyc.com
microsoftoffice365phoenix.com
microsoftoffice365phx.com
microsoftoffice365sandiego.com
office365atlanta.com
office365boston.com
office365chicago.com
office365consultant.com
office365dallas.com
office365denver.com
office365forbusiness.com
office365houston.com
office365kc.com
office365la.com
office365lasvegas.com
office365losangeles.com
office365newyork.com
office365phoenix.com
office365phx.com
office365sandiego.net
office365scottsdale.com
office365seattle.com
office365sf.com
office365techs.com

According to whois records, the disputed domain names were registered in 2011,2012 and 2013.

The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the disputed domain names are confusingly similar to Microsoft’s trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith .The disputed domain names will be passed over to Microsoft if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum
