Green Light For The .HONDA, .AXA, .EPSON, .HSBC, .XYZ and .COLLEGE TLDs Strings

At the moment the gTLD strings decisions for .HONDA, .AXA, .EPSON, .HSBC, .XYZ and .COLLEGE require that these names which are included in some international lists should not be allowed to be  registered at any levels.

This is a request from RSEP and was sent so that it could evaluate whether there are any risks for an increased level of competition or safety problems. So far it seems there are not any risks related to such aspect.

As a result of this investigation, it was established material changes are needed to the Registry of Agreements and that will be done via an amendment.

As soon as this will be accepted and applied, it will be possible that submissions for .HONDA, .AXA, .EPSON, .HSBC, .XYZ and .COLLEGE TLDs.TLDs will be allowed in any structures.

A remark should be added that reglementations in Specification 13 were applied to .HONDA and .EPSON since December last year, while for .AXA and .HSBC they were applied since October.
