
Toronto-Dominion Bank owns many trademark registrations for the “TD Bank” mark.Therefore,they contended and managed to demonstrate that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar with their trademark.Moreover,they contended that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith :
“Complainant asserts that Respondent’s failure to use the disputed domain name demonstrates bad faith registration and use. Complainant claims that the disputed domain name resolves to a website offering no content other than the promise that a website will be coming in future. “
The Panel ordered the disputed domain name be transferred from the respondent to the complainant.
