ICANN filed its Form 990 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014 with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on March 31, 2015 in compliance with the extended due date of May 15, 2015. The Form 990 is the United States return for organizations exempt from income taxes under section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.
