How do you deal with-“Not Interested in Selling”- responses?

So after Almost a year of trying different emails. To the person whom owns a name I'm trying to buy/add to my portfolio. I finally got the proper email address as this person is in corporate america.

They own 89 plus domains around their field and name and random "fyi" names. They are ALL Parked aside for the few I haven't checked with cash parking.
