Google Files UDRP Complaint for Nine Google Glass-related Domains

Google has filed a UDRP ,seeking control of nine Google Glass-related domain names.The complaint was filed with the National Arbitration Forum a few days ago.

The nine domain names are : 

googleglasssells.com

googleglassespurchase.com

googleglasssearch.com

googleglassesonsalenow.com

googleglassgalore.com

googleglassonsalenow.com

googleglassnowonsale.com

googleglassesnowonsale.com

googleglassappsgalore.com

According to whois records,all the domain names were registered in May ,2013.

The National Arbitration Forum will examine if the domain names are confusingly similar to Google’s trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith .The disputed domain names will be passed over to Google if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .
