The National Arbitration Forum has just published its decision regarding the GoodTherapy.com domain name .The company failed to provide enough evidence to panel to convince it to hand over the disputed domain .

Even though the respondent didn’t even replied to the case,the Panel ruled against the complainant .

GoodTherapy.org,LLC owns a registered trademark with the USPTO.However,the trademark was registered on January 9,2007,while the domain name GoodTherapy.com was registered in November 2003 .

Having failed to satisfy the first element of the Policy (Identical and/or Confusingly Similiar) ,the Panel declined to analyze the other two elements and ruled against the complainant .
