Elizabeth Taylor Trust Files Complaint for ElizabethTaylor.co Domain Name

Elizabeth Taylor company wants the domain name ElizabethTaylor.co and the company has filed a domain dispute with the National Arbitration Forum to get the domain name.

The company filed the complaint a couple of days ago.According to whois records, the domain name first registered in 2012.At the time of writing this article, the domain name redirects to a website that offers not only information about the actress, but also beauty tips.

The National Arbitration Forum will examine if ElizabethTaylor.co domain is confusingly similar to the company’s trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith .The disputed domain name will be passed over to Elizabeth Taylor trust if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum .
