Domain Trademark Question
Hi everyone. I see a lot of people talking about trademarks and how serious it is but maybe I am just not getting it but what would happen in the following hypothetical situation:
– Bob registers a domain with no bad intentions.
– Bob puts a for sale sign on the domain and waits to be contacted.
– Bob never reaches out to contact any buyers.
Let's pretend there is a trademark that Bob didn't know about. If the lawyers contact Bob cant he simply tell them here you can have the domain? It…
