Apple Computer,Inc. filed a UDRP complaint with the World Intellectual Property ,asserting legal rights over 16 domain names,including CrackMyApple.com and UnlockiPhone4Free.com.

The 17 disputed domain names are :

Apple should expect the World Intellectual Property Organization  order the domain names to be transferred,considering the company owns many trademark registrations for the “Apple” , “iPod” and “iPhone” marks all over the world.

The World Intellectual Property Organization will examine if the domain names are confusingly similar to the trademarked name.Moreover,it will examine if the owner of the disputed domain names has rights over it and if the domains are being used in bad faith.The disputed domain names will be passed over to Apple if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

The case is still pending compliance checks with the World Intellectual Property Organization .

According to whois records,ten domain names are owned under pricavy and Parked at Sedo,except for BeyouriPhone.com,which is owned by Phoebe Aoe .iPod2Download.com ,UnlockiPhone4Free.com and BestiPhoneStuff.com are owned by Tammy Caffey of Orange ,Texas,while CrackMyApple.com ,Hargaipod.com and i4Phone.com are owned by Stanley Pace.
