Advice needed

Recently I received an email from an interested buyer for my domain, he/she got my email from WHO IS and contacted me saying the same. And the domain which he/she is talking about is listed on Sedo (BIN price) and several other platforms as make offer.

As soon as I checked my email, I responded by confirming my ownership of the domain (As he/she asked). Then I removed my listings from all platforms, so that I could negotiate openly. It's been hours and I still didn't get any…
