ICANN: Auction for 1 Contention Set Slated for 19 November
An Auction will be facilitated by Power Auctions LLC on 19 November 2014 to resolve string contention for one new gTLD string: DOT.
Two applicants are expected to participate in the Auction for the respective applied-for string. Within seven days after the completion of the Auction, the result, including a results report, will be posted to the Auction Results page of the New gTLD Microsite. In addition, the Auction Proceeds page will be updated prior to month-end to reflect the proceeds and costs related to the Auction.
The Auction Schedule [PDF, 253 KB] is updated as of 13 November 2014 to reflect eligible contention sets and accommodated postponement requests. For additional information regarding Auctions, please view the Auctions landing page.
