I'm actually looking forward to purchase domains and since I do not have much time now a days I thought it would be better to get domain deals come to me.
How this could work:
Person A is interested in Abc.com, for which the current owner is asking $50k. Person A doesnt have enough budget but will be happy in getting a small finding fee for it.
