XYZ Renew or not renew !? – physiotherapist .xyz

I have a 1 dictionary word & a 4L acronym .xyz that are coming up for renewal & am debating whether or not to renew them ?

According to namebio, at least 11 1/2 word .xyz have sold in the last 12 months for $1000 – $4100.

Thoughts ?
