Uniregistry Market and Brokerage

Hi folks,

i am new to uniregistry and have listed few domains there.
i dont undestand their brokerage service. That mean, every time when a buyer send an offer (i have listed all as offer only) , a broker jump in to middle and is he the one will contact us?

Please explain
