MyDomain.com – domain lost? stolen? can’t find any help
I won a domain on SnapNames auction, and they sent it to this mydomain.com.
In a few days i sold the domain. It took me three chats with their support, one of which took 1,5 hrs and another 1hr, to somehow change the ownership to my buyer.
However my buyer sees the domain in his panel but can't do anything with it. Their supports tells him "the domain is registered at some other registrar". I can't get any help either, their phone support is clueless and email got no reply at all.
