TripAdvisor Files COmplaint for TripAdvisosr.com Domain Name

TripAdvisor LLC has recently filed a complaint against the owner of TripAdvisosr.com m domain name.

The company filed the complaint with the National Arbitration Forum on June 24,2015.

According to whois records, TripAdvisosr.com  was first registered in July,2007.

The National Arbitration Forum will examine over the next days if the domain name is confusingly similar to TripAdvisor’ trademark,if the current owner has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith . The disputed domain name will be passed over to TripAdvisor if it falls under all three of these stipulations.

At the time of writing this article, the case is still pending compliance checks with the National Arbitration Forum.
